Refund policy

Repentant Hearts Ministry is small online ministry, looking to build a line of biblically principled apparel that you and your family can enjoy wearing wherever you go. Whether it be in public, amongst your congregation, at work or just in the comfort of your home, we hope that you will appreciate knowing that you’re able to share the gospel no matter your where you are, without saying a word. After all, we are called to, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15).

It's our goal to rightly divide the word. (2 Tim 2: 15) to ensure that each article you wear shows that we will be lights for the world to see. (Matt 5:16). Reminding everyone that God’s word will not return void (Isaiah 55:11).

We appreciate all our customers. As we grow, we pray that you will grow with us. At this time, due to our limited capabilities, it's unfortunate that we cannot accept returns. This means all sales are final (at least for now). Perhaps one day we will be large enough to have the capacity to work with our customers in this way. Should you have any issues, we would still like the opportunity to try to work with you. Although all sales are final, please feel free to reach out and if we're able to assist in any way, it would be an honor.

Above all, the most important thing we hope to do is share the good news or gospel message with everyone…
