Cancelations:

Once an order has been processed and paid, the order will be placed into production and the order cannot be canceled.

Copyrights:

The application/site allows users to order custom shirts and custom items with images that have been protected by copyright. Repentant Hearts Ministry holds the soul rights of manufacturing, marketing, sales and more of all items sold, purchased, gifted or otherwise donated.

Limited Liability:

Repentant Hearts Ministry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App/ Site, shirts or any items ordered through the App/ Site.

Prohibited Acts:

Upload, transmit or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful or infringes policy as stated.

Use the Application for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or Site or any accounts therein or systems related.

Refund:

At this time, due to our limited capabilities, it's unfortunate that we cannot accept returns. This means all sales are final (at least for now). Perhaps one day we will be large enough to have the capacity to work with our customers in this way. Should you have any issues, we would still like the opportunity to try to work with you. Although all sales are final, please feel free to reach out and if we're able to assist in any way, it would be an honor.

Termination:

Repentant Hearts Ministry reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to anyone for any reason upon any time without notice. Potential customers or violators of policy may be suspended or banned from access at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason without prior notice.

By using this app/site, you agree to follow all policies to include but not limited to terms of service and privacy policy.
